Halphas the Earl of Hell

Halphas - the Military Intendant. 

Halphas  ( also Malthus ) the Great Earl of Hell in the Ars Goetia of the Lesser Key of Solomon . He rules 26 legions of spirits.

He appears as a bloody stock dove with the very hoarse voice. In his human shape he looks like an old soldier in armor. This demon is often confused  with Malphas, because their names sounds very same and the areas of their activity are very similar.  Both of these demons are concentrated on the defensive strategies, building and maintenance the towers. But Halphas speciality is the supply of the stuff  and  the armament  of those towers.  His towers   are the buildings   full of provisions for soldiers and  Halphas  cares about this towers and  ready to deliver to warriors any armor  or ammunition . This Earl of Hell is not only the passive assistant of wars.  Sometimes he goes into the fight too, he likes to burn  the villages, cities and towers . He is known as  «Punisher» and even able to cause the wars to make revenge . He will never stay behind, if someone goes against him.  His 26 legions of spirits are the  most experienced ones, because   this army of Halphas  is ready to protect any other demon in the Ars Goetia if its necessary .  He can be very useful for  the conjurer with his ability to  create the powerful magical  protection  for possible attacks of the enemies. That is why  people summon him nowadays   for magical protection .   Do not forget that you can call for  this demon only at night time.
