Vapula  ( also known as Naphula) is the Great and Mighty Duke of Hell in the Ars Goetia of the Lesser Key of Solomon.  She rules 36 legions of spirits.

This demon appears as the Lion with the wings of Griffon.  Lion is the eternal symbol of bravery, pride and nobility. Griffon is the symbol of ruling over the Earth and Air elements.  The human shape of Vapula is the woman with the very long black hair and red eyes. She is not tall,  got the wings, sharp shape of ears  and the dark skin.  The duty of this demon is to teach people all the professions and crafts.  Vapula is one of those demons, about which we do not have much information, but she is very useful for people.  This demon can help you with any science  and  especially Philosophy .
